I’m currently playing diablo 4 on playstation 5 and I cannot seem to unlock the fractured peaks wanderer achievement although it says I have 74/74 locations unlocked. Ive completed the story on 2 characters. Both say 74/74 on exploration but still the collections challenge has not unlocked.

I have exactly the same problem; if I check in game thescetion COLLECTION=>Challenges=>Exploration=> Fractured Peaks Wanderer it says that it’s NOT STARTED, that is obviously a BUG
I was stuck at 72/74 for days… Did some research and found out 2 very small spots “undiscovered” . They were 2 altars, called “…of Martyrdom” and “… of Redemption”.
Although i went to both of them, 1st at “redemption” and 2nd at “martyrdom”, they were both discovered but ONLY MARTYRDOM gave me the discovery point !!! So, at the moment, i’ m stuck at 73/74, and all areas discovered !!! Is there anything I can do for this situation ?
I have the same problem. Area discovered 74/74. I have also discovered other regions and I can’t get the trophy because of that… In world exploration I have 4 discovered except peaks wanderer. Blizzard help us
