am i the only one that when open something of the menu like inventory the game freezy ? only happenened to me today with the new season

i am freezing any time i open something(menu, abilities, pressing escape,social,left click on friend on social, closing settings,moving my character, mounting) , i see someone do something to mobs, it crashes when i teleport or takes 4 mins to load. i have the game on an m.2 nvme, radeon rx 6600 , ryzen 5 3600,16gb ram, and i turned everything on low and it still sucks. this really is unacceptable for a 70$ retail price, even tho i payed 90$ for the pre order

Froze TWO times… one time in dungeon and one time in overworld. Seriously, this is not worth it.
Absolutely pathetic Blizzard.
I didnt play season 1 but the game was running fine on launch , i was playing with everything on high with 60 fps, now on this season i reduced everything to low and disabled everything i could and still it would freeze when any menu popped up or a status was applied to mobs
Hey, I experience this issue since the last patch update. Before 1.2 game was working really well, but after update opening menus, inventory, skill trees, etc causes massive game freeze. Is this something Blizzard is aware of? Is there any solution for this problem?

I am also suffering from these freezes, can’t really play in this state. Had no problems prior to season 2. Launch and Season 1 was flawless performance-wise. Now I am getting freezes as soon as I open my inventory, talents and social tab. They can vary from 30 seconds to a minute and longer.
Guys, uncheck/disable the cross platform options and the freeze will stop.
It works for me.

Looks like they messed up really hard with this patch.
I noticed other UI/behavior bugs also…
but it runs really smoothly now for me.
FYI, I play with graphics settings on LOW 60 fps. (Nvidia 537.42)
maybe Just give it a try with low settings/fps…just to identify the cause.

Same problem yesterday nigth. Freezes of about 30 seconds-1 minute (on eternal).

Same here!!! FREEZEing 1-2 times per hour, when i open skill tree, inventory, etc… I need to close the game only from Task Manager, everytime, because is not recovering, it"s stays in freeze forever. It’s not a memory problem from my part, 0% cpu, only 4GB memory occupied from 16GB… Please fix it!!!
Everything works fine for me. AND im liking season 2 so far. Get a life and get better PC people…
