Ok not playable anymore for me.
2 patches this week, but none fixed this issue.

In my view what is happening is that every time you open your inventory or a chest the client will try to download all info from blizz server…
If this is the case it is a very bad design choice…
I shall try to see if playing offline the game works, however to play offline I have better games
Noticed earlier today the same, suddenly game freezes when press to inventory or paragon points, happend several times and i play on low settings, no issue with computer and it happens when nothing demanding on screen… this is on your end some sync issue or something hard explain… so annoying
killing monsters is usually fine so not sure what the issue is a backend maybe not fully working
