There are moments when the game runs smoothly, but sometimes the screen seems to freeze. I can still move around the map, but I can’t see monsters, or they stand still and ignore me. Then after a while everything starts moving again, and I’m often dead, because during those few seconds I can’t attack anyone or defend myself. It doesn’t happen regularly. I checked my internet connection and lowered the graphics settings, but nothing helps.

Yeh I’m having similar issues, only with diablo 4 too.
Not sure whats going on though, it’s only been going on for the past week.

This season is a complete lag fest so far. The issues with freezing etc are across the board.

Yup. Plenty of post about it, but dead silence from support. Also an issue on the US side, but no responses there either.
I have the same. 5-10 seconds of freezing at a time. If it happens back-to-back, I get as little as 15-20 seconds of playtime per minute. Its so bad

I bought the game on Steam, but Steam says they don’t handle technical support and are referring me to the publisher. I wrote here a month ago and still haven’t received any reply. And the game is still just as unplayable as it was before. Great, beautiful!
Could someone finally be so kind as to reply? Unfortunately, I’m increasingly tempted to report to Steam that I want a refund, given the fact that the game cannot be played.

EXACT same thing here especially when i leave a town or teleport etc the game constantly freezes but they can still attack me!
Its been like this since season 8, but its way worse now. I cannot go anywhere with constant jerkiness or freezing. BTW i have a 5070ti and a ryzen chip, so it aint my PC. Ironically it was barely there in season 11/12.
Get an update out to solve this pathetic problem. Blizzard, knows, but they have too much money to care.
