Frequent game crashes

Some weeks ago I started to have crashes. This happened when teleporting to a could be crowded place. The tree, the portal next to helltide and so on. It never happened going to world boss or private instance. My impresion is that there was a reduced space on those instances, but special places as world boss had more margin.
This has changed. Since latest patch I crash at the same places but I can also crash when killing the maiden or walking a city. What has changed there? I loose items when this happens. Was the issue with trading related to a situation and you added anything there?
I opened with three stones the maiden , then crashed twice today.

After reading other post I have disabled Intel turbo boost

I have tried everything.
On many town portal error I can see logged
Game] pm_dx12::Device::map: Map Failed - Error : DeviceLost, SystemCode : 0x887A0006 (DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG)
I read some advice about giving admin access to the app. I Tped and it crashed staying hunged. I tried to generate a memory dump but memory was skyrocketing. It started on 6gb it was on 14 when I closed the program.
Something is wrong here please acknowledge and try to give us some solution.

I have had the same issue. Every major city is a game disconnect. I have lowered settings over and over and still having that issue.

I found a solution now. After trying many things, two reinstalls between them. I reseted my graphics settings to default. It’s working smoothly now.

Or the reinstall did not do the trick or the settings are stored on personal folders and they are not revomed and rebuilt.

Blizzard if you moderate this and read the post please consider adding this tip to the one for solving issues.

Its been frustrating to have this issue. I work solving technical problems and having one with less info is not good.
