Very often when I approach a blacksmith (before interaction) my character informs me that my bags are full, and they are not (I have space in my inventory and materials are not maxed out), also the floor is empty…

Agreed, I’ve had this happen to me a number of times as well.
I’m honestly guessing that we are trying to pick up an object that cannot be picked up and are getting the generic failure to pick up item message.
hear it also, maybe be a bug.

I think it is a bug. It always happens to me on blacksmith, no matter the zone.
Started to notice this after the last patch as well.
Ive had this happen for a very long time, 3 weeks at least I’d say

someone dropped an area item in attempt to dupe! ^^
