Whenever I logg into diablo 4 on ps5 and get to the character selection screen the game freezes and crashes, I have deleted the game and reinstalled it, I have cleared the cash and rebuild database, and still the same problem. I have spend hundreds of pounds on the game and would like it fixed. I have also logged into my account on a friend’s ps5 and the same problem persists. Logged me in then freezes on the character screen. So it’s not my ps5 that’s the problem. I have opened tickets and just get copy and paste responses. I have spoken to PlayStation ans they send me to battlenet, im going around in circles. Please help

This happens on the PC as well, so it’s not a PlayStation issue, it’s a Blizzard server problem.
Any idea how i resolve this? Iv opened tickets on battlenet and i get the same copy and past responses, telling me to do the things iv already done. Last response was talk to Activision
same happend to me…logged 2x crash in 5 minutes.
D4 crashes constantly after or during TP or when moving between maps

Same problem here im very angry with this game. D4 have shit support and they replay always the same. I dont know for what they have a pay, players do more help.
Who do i contact? Opening ticktes dont seem to get anywhere
