Game Crash on TP: "Party Delisted"

Almost every 1/3 town portal/fast travel crashes.
Game gets past loading screen, but freezes without character appearing.
Text in top of screen says “Party Delisted”.
Can’t “Leave Game”, so quitting the program is the only option.
Happens multiple times per play through, so this is costing TONS of elixers/boosts etc.

What point is farming Seething Orbs & legendary elixirs, when the game crashes long before the effects wear off?

I’m having the same issue. I play for about 2 hours and then the game crashes.
