Go to start the game from the Battle Net Client and I get the typical black screen of the game loading up, and then it just crashes and I don’t even get to the Diablo 4 splash screen, and it doesn’t provide me any errors, it just stops responding. I have tried reinstalling 3 times, updated graphics drivers, Windows updates, changing the “DisableChromaEffects” setting in the LocalPrefs.txt file to 1, scanned the game files using the scan and repair tool and says there are no issues. Nothing has fixed it. I did not have this issue in Season 9. As soon as Season 10 update came out, it has been doing this constantly. I would be able to eventually get in if I brute forced it, and even after the hotfix it actually started loading normally, but today (10/18/2025) just immediately crashes. I had Task Manager opened to check the CPU and RAM usage and when the RAM usage gets to ~50%, that is when the game stops responding. Pretty annoyed that I spent over $130 for the early access and the expansion and now I can’t even play the game. Also as of Season 10, my game locks up my PC when quitting. No other game I play has issues like Diablo 4 does.
