After installing patch today, couldn’t start Diablo 4 from Battle.net. Seemed previous connection to Xbox wasn’t working as it wasn’t recognising I had a licence. Connected to xbox network and can start game but my characters aren’t there and it loads the game as if I started it for the first time! Anyone had this issue before or could direct me where to go to see if I can recover them, I put a lot of time into these.
