i have put at weapon and focus damage over time 45% ant nothing do the damage is same same hapen the others gem i don’t see any difference
it dont work on barbarian bleed’s… otherwise it should stack
but remember that if you have a high level and paragon and some 2000 % dmg + from different sources like weapon, ring amulet, glove stats and tempers and paragon… then +45 % will be pretty unnoticable
