Get wrong ban. WTF?

In massage they write, ban for 3rd party soft. I didn’t use anything for Diablo 4. How i can unlock now my account and protect myself from 2023 blizzard if they keep ban people randomly for nothing?

I can provide absolutely any evidence. I’m also stream last 24 hours on Twitch.
More: i dont trade (sometimes share with friends gold or elixirs), dont use bugs\exploits (avoid everything if it’s looks like bug), dont insulting other players (most time play with friends).

Can’t believe that blizzard today can ban someone permanent for nothing.

Same thing, I even bought a battle pass. What third party application did I use??

Violation: use of malicious third-party software. I came in today and saw this in the mail. Only the game is available on PC.
