got this error today have tried updating graphics drivers and update game and windows i am amd everything weas fine yesterday have read varius posts but none seem to solve it

Well i have the same problem for the last 2 hours. Tried everything even re-installing the game but still have the same problem code 397000

I even reinstalled game after getting error 397000. It did not resolve the problem.

wow It worked just now. I was tabbed out on the error screen. Maybe try that for those who are still having the problem.

Same, been like this since 0830 and nothing seems to work to get in, my brother just connected first time no issues. Is there anything from Blizzard that may suggest what the issue is?
