I got kicked from the game twice during a mission and can not get back into it as it says my account is locked and I should try again in a few minutes. All mission progress is lost…twice… very anoying.

Yeah. This has happened to me a few times since I bought the game. Various characters, various quests, but always during some portion of a story quest. This latest time it was right after exiting the dungeon at the beginning of the game via the rope after beating the demon and equipping my new loot.
Update: This last time, it managed to save progress, so I didn’t have to go through the dungeon again. But all previous disconnects were during boss fights, so for those, I had to go through the entire dungeons again. Also, I had no problems with my internet during the disconnects. So, it’s unlikely to be a problem on my end. I’ve noticed various other topics on the issue, as well.

it happend to me right now and i cant get back into my game what is happening???

Just now happened again to me. Again in main quest line. Killed the fallen near the statue after meeting Lorath and bam, disconnect. Lost any loot they dropped, maybe more stuff if it didn’t save at that point. Still waiting to see if it’ll unlock…
Same… I was in the middle of a SOLO Nightmare Dungeon… I had almost finished clearing it after 45 min and now I can’t get back in…
