Glacial aspect bugged "exploding 0 damage"

I am getting a Glacial aspect that is Rank 11/11 with “periodically will spawn exploding Ice Spikes that deal 0 damage”

Same Shatter, it doesnt do dps… It’s looks like sorc in s4 is buggy woggi.
