GPU not being detected, crash on launch

I have an MSI laptop with igpu and a separate desecrate GTX1060 when I try to launch Diablo4 the game engine doesn’t seem to detect the GTX1060 and tries to run on the igpu which crashes as it isn’t able to run the game.
I have been reporting this since beta and not had a single official reply so after going through a support ticket I am trying again.
This is a fresh install of Windows 10 and Diablo 4.
A few patches ago it would launch a grey screen and I got this from the Fenris log and you can see in the log only the HD GPU is discovered
I 2023.06.02 22:50:48.492789 [Game] [Prism] Gpus detected (index 0 will be used):
I 2023.06.02 22:50:48.492799 [Game] - Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 (0x8086|0x0416)
I 2023.06.02 22:50:48.492802 [Game] [Prism] No display detected for current gpu!
I have all windows graphics settings to run the application on the GTX1060 all power settings on high performance but it just is not happening.

Same thing here.

I7 processor, 16 GB RAM, IGPU and GTX 1050.

The game used to work until the update that happened 5 days ago and since then it keeps crashing over and over.

Opened support tickets, wrote on the Tech support forum, but nothing happend.

It seems that they don’t care about us, just a few replies with generic advices that none work.

It seems the only option remaining will be to ask for a refund if they don’t solve this by the end of the weekend.

I suggest we all do the same since this is a scam if we meet more than the minimum requirements but the game doesn’t work.

I am having the same problem. Lenovo ThinkPad laptop with Nvidia MX550 gpu. The game only detects the built-in Iris graphics processor. With the first day of early access, I opened a post about this problem and then opened a ticket. All they told me was that it was a video card driver problem, and they sent me step-by-step instructions on how to uninstall my current video drivers and then clean install new drivers. Even though I knew it wouldn’t work, I did what was said step by step and of course the result is negative. The same problem continues. When I said this in the ticket, they said that they could contact me by phone and if I said the appropriate time interval, they would try to solve the situation with a phone call.
I’ve been familiar with computers and games for 30 years. What can they tell me on the phone that they can’t describe in writing that I don’t know? I did not respond to the offer and ended the ticket.
Unfortunately, I can’t play the game I bought as the ultimate edition on my laptop.

Even though I have told them many times that I already run the latest nvidia drivers and I can play all the other games of Blizzard on this pc without any problems. It’s sad, very sad. Blizzard and its technical team do not like you to ignore such an important problem because it does not affect the majority.

I have shared the problem over and over on different topics, on my own topic and here.
I hope you finally stop ignoring us and stand behind your trade. We didn’t get our money’s worth!

Sorry to hear you are having the same problem.
Part of my ticket reply was that this issue is not being reported so is not being looked at yet I look on the forums and see similar bugs being reported lol.
