GPU Not supported

So I have an i5-4690 and a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080. I was playing fine last night (30th June) and now this morning I’ve come on to GPU Not Supported error. Not been able to play since a small patch.

same happened with me. till yday i was playin smoothly but today after patch i cant even login … got same graphic card and i am having same error …

No solution yet.

Tried all of the following;

  • Update Graphics drivers, restart and same error
  • Rolled back everything on PC, restart and same error
  • Updated everything on PC, restart and same error
  • Typed “-bypassgpudrivercheck” minus the quotation marks into “Additional command line arguments” in game settings on Battle.net app. Save, same error.
  • Plugged into CPU, still same error
  • Changed Graphics Preference on PC to run via GPU, restart and same error
  • Reinstall game, same error

Seems like whatever this patch has done really has done us in.

same here… i did all the steps you mentioned and got still same error. playin on a laptop soo i used integrated gpu disabled my rtx and error again…
last login try had this error code

just found a solution… i am playin in laptop and got both integrated and rtx gpu… I disabled my integrated and game runs again… give it a try guys
Till yday though game was running smoothly with both cards enabled

I suppose there is a problem in dual gpu systems
