After a fresh windows Install I cant start the game…
Al the drivers are up to date, tryed older version of nvida driver, but nothing helps…

rtx 50x series..HAH got good giggles. Imagine being so stupid to fall for the 50x series.
No but seriously, it does not surprise me if you have issues. The whole 50x series release was such a poop show and it still continues to be. What you should of have done is remain in the 30x or 40x series or just completely switch away from Nvidia.
All you can do most likely is sit tight and wait for a driver update which might fix this. Dont expect the D4 developers to fix something like this.
Have you tried the Game ready drivers and the Studio ready drivers? Ive read that some games function better with the other. Might want to try it out? I dont promise itll fix but if you havent tested that one, good thing to check.
I tryed the 9070XT and does not work well in D4 and in PoE2 though… so I had to swap, on market I found no more 4080 and used market had insane prices… so yeah I have the 5070ti… now in Black Friday week, I bought D4 to Steam…. aaaaaand there is the surprize, there works jut fine, on Bnet app still cant start the game…
OH you use STEAM version of the game! I have no idea how that even works these days as I use the launcher. But I dont play d4 anymore, havent since season 6 started.
Ive just never encountered this issue before and we all know for a fact that there are massive issues with the 50x series still.
I am quite certain about this being a driver issue of some kind. Did you try studio ready & game ready drivers? did this have any difference?
Fresh install of the drivers could help aswell incase there is something left behind messing around. I really feel bad for people having troubles, but this is an ongoing thing with Diablo 4 and has been since its alpha days.
Keep spamming their support about this, doubt they follow these forums at all and there wont be any help here other than what other players can provide.
I had never before steam version…. just after I encountered this thing… I still have the issue, I cant run the gam from the Launcher….
It was clean install of windows, so yeal, all my drivers was clean installed, but I used DDU and tryed an other version of Driver….
Than I decided to buy the game on steam, and there I have no issue, everything runs smooth…
My best shot is, that they does not care about technical issues 
I wouldnt of have even bought the steam version of this game. 70e twice for this garbage.. oh god. Even once its too much. I hope it starts to work, you could always try to sell your key from the battle.net launcher forward for a little cheaper than 70e to get some of it back

Im actually currently in the progress of installing d4 back to see what kind of a sh-tshow it is today. Have not touched it in a long time (since season 5 ended). Most likely end up uninstalling this game today anyway.
I purchesed the game for 27euro with the expansion… I would not pay 70eur for it
You were lucky to get it from sale. I didnt want to pay the 70e either but it took this long for it to go to good sales :’d

And here I am, actually installed the game back the other day thinking id see how it works today. I really want to play as im a huge sucker for diablo… But season reset coming 9th december so better just wait at that.
The dlc would be on sale for like 14-15€ aswell, really would like to take it so I could play OP class instead of the nerfed down bastardised characters. But I dont really want to give more money to these people. Ive supported them enough through my 20+ years of playing these games.
