In description it is “when you use core skill…” but when you have high attack speed it looks like this power have hiden “cd” and actually it is the worse one in pool and only one which scale with light LOL… So others build have potential and coop with others mechanic which triger boss powers, but this one should cast more light with attackspeed builds, but it doesnt… But when you use it with high attack speed build, it also make you small “stun” that you lose some attack speed (it looks like this power need character to make some kind visual attack movement thats why you get less attack speed with this one)!
