I was wondering if people agree with me that only being able to use werebear (or werewolf) skills seems a bit arbitrary. It kind of kills the concept of a shifter build for me as I can’t then shift. Couldn’t you just be able to use all shape shifting skills. Werebear or wolf become your true form for the duration so you’re choosing whether you want DR or movement speed/ spirit cost reduction. Doesn’t seem too op to me.
