Haunted Refuge’s Festering Shambler is bugged for a year now!!!
Boss not spawning, finishing this dungeon is impossible, no way to get the max renown!
Bugged since August 2023.

It is bugged, I can confirm, at least on the Eternal Realm. Been this way for me since the end of S4 when I first tried.
Other chracters on the Seasonal Realm seem to have no issue.
A fix would be welcome
Same here. Boss just never spawns. How has this gone on for so long?

06.10.2024 (EU format) still it’s bugged - I’ve tried only sorcs, but anyone completed it? Or is it bugged for everyone?
