Going on 2 helltide somthing wrong with droprate cinders they drop 3times less i need 25minutes to collect 300 before its take around 10minutes. You kill mobs and no drop

same, happened to plenty of people in game too. exiting and rejoining helltide works a bit but the drop rates were horrid and eventually bugged out after trying to fix it by rejoining. The drop rate drops to 0 at times.

Dear Blizzard, is there a time estimate when we can expect fixes for that?
Duriel being the only worthwhile content and access to it being bugged with helltides is annoying. Or are alternate ways of access planned (before season 2 ends?)
Sorry if it had already been addressed / answered but I can’t seem to find an answer.
I can confirm that this bug exists. It happened to me twice so far. The second time i started Helltide on my necro and the drops were fine then i switched to bard and it was awfull - less than a half.
