Just in case there is anyone as confused as I was the past 4 hours :D, I want to share this tip. For helltides to unlock and appear on the map you have to actually complete all the intro quests that open in Kyovashad (jeweler, imprinting, etc.). I got to level 50 this season through just doing the blue vampire invasions and this is the first time I wasn’t doing the intro quests as they appeared. So just incase anyone is confused there you go haha.
