Why do we get only 3 living steel per chest we open and alot of the streamers i look at get 5 per chest? Not once have i gotten 5 steel from a chest. Its a bore to farm cinders when you lag out and die the whole time because of server lag. if im lucky i get enough for all the chests but that happens very few times. Also events just dissapear in heltides
In my oppinion, boss summon materials are too scarce in general. It can take several hours of playing, to get everything you need for a single Duriel summon, in other words, it takes several hours of doing something you dont wanna do, to do the thing you wanna do. Thats not fun gameplay design.

I’ve only ever got 3 living steel per chest. I know I need to open 5 chests every time to get a round number for Gregoire’s summon (3x5=15, 5 per summon)
Too low imho for the work it is compared ton Varshan. Everyone has more eggs than crystals.

Just as I wanted to try out Duriel, figured out it requires the living steel farming which I am not a fan of. 300x Cinders and the luck to find Living steel chest? no thanks. Ive seen living steel chest once from 4 helltides ive been around. No thanks.
There is a website that gives you the locations of the chest, but they’re quite buggy and not always spawn properly, you need to go to a different location and come back often.

The problem with that Living Steel is not that you cant find the chest. Its that your need 2 chests for one summon and only get the chance the get it every 2 hours.
Ontop of that the server lagg… I can easily farm out 2 to 4 living steel chests and oneshot the screen, but that wont change the fact that a single freeze, which’s problem lies not with me, can kill u and lets to u only getting 1 summon or non at all.
Fully agree, not enough living steel dropping and the off-time of helltides suck. And lag, of course, even less fun.
Ya, the drop rate of living steel shall be doubled at least, otherwise is very boring to farm helltides just for steel.
