I think Hex of Whispers is bugged(Or can be other witchcraft powers also)
I bought it from the Altar of Witchcraft. I saw i used currency for it. It is still greyed out. I could buy it once on the 3 altars in Tree of Whispers zone. But i cant equip it. Its greyed out. The rest of them works.

I’ve heard it’s temporary disabled until they fix it. It’s probably bugged.

Yep its bugged and crashed the servers so they disabled it. But off course just as good as Blizzard thinks things through you can still purchase it, even 3 times and your restless rot is gone as well. My god just change the message from a successful purchase to cannot be bought atm and restore the restless rot this can´t be too hard.
Great deal blizzard just disable it but don´t worry about the rest, alot of the hate you are receiving is because of such brainless little things that suggest you just don´t care to give another thought.
all mine works be sure use corect was same in seasion 2 vampire power use corect say is a bugg etc have fun now
