The scrolls at the Lapidiary say bind on purchase, so i spent 22500 phials on scrolls to use on my nest character since it seems i would have to store them, right? No scrolls in inventory, no scrolls in stash, no scrolls available to new char, no knoweldge on char that bough the scrolls, but all the phials spent. Could someone plase explain what went wrong?

I had knowledge rank 15 my point was they say “bind on equip” did not appear in inventory, did not grant knowledge or indeed do anything other thatn spend my phials
