The game is totally unplayable right now and for the past 2-3 days. I have top connection and top PC and there is horrible freeze and lag every 5 seconds. Are you going to do something about the servers? If you don´t care about the customers opinion and complaints, please announce it, so we could just move to other games.

There is hundreds of threads, they sadly do not care, i think its time to move on.
I had the same issues as u are describing this last 2 weeks in DEC, MS jumps crazy constantly and rubberbanding/lags, specially during Helltide but also in nm and AOZ, its not playable.

I have played hundreds of online games and even the cheapest free-to-play crap doesn´t have such connection problems for this period of time. This is supposed to be a top game from the top company and expensive too.

In reality it was an underbaked cash grab.

It is horrible. Cannot play, and certainly not HC.

Horrible rubberband lag right now, i died twice in a nightmare dungeon which never happen usually… ping 200-400ms… what a joke :(/
I also experience this, particullary bad when this happens and you are in AoZ.

Could we have an official statement in battle net app about this and what they are doing about it from Blizzard pls?

I don´t think the official statement will help, if it´s possible at all. I have checked all the Bliz answers on this issue, they always point at players connection, pc and so on, assuming that everything is perfect on their side. I´m so exited to see how the expansion sales will go, I guess it will be a blast in any case.
I just can’t comprehend how this has been out for 9 month, with the amount of money earned just from microtransactions alone you could fix the servers and probably get to work on D5.
Unplayable this morning, be lucky if I can move 3 yards without experiencing rubberbanding effect.

Don’t ask them to work on D5. It takes 10 years and we even don’t know if MS likes the hole idea after this.
They better try to fix this grap if it is even possible or get help.

Wow… I haven’t played in months, since the beginning of S2 and decided to play a little bit again today. I’m only at level 39 with this character, just defeated Zir in the questline. I did it just by brute force, not knowing at all what I was doing or what the boss was doing, since the lag was unbearable
So since i also have horrible latency spikes and dont play any other online games to test if it is from my end, i installed diablo 3 just to check the latency there and lo and behold, constant 50-60 ms. no lag anywhere whatsoever. so i guess it’s the game’s fault and not my internet.
I have 20+ games installed on my PC and not one of them has something like this. D4 had this problem from the start, thousands of posts from players have been posted on this issue and nothing changes, no reaction or answer from bliz teh.support. It seems like microsoft destroys everything it gets hands on.
Oh, I was having the same dc’s, lags and crashes for the last week and beginning to wonder what was going on, since my PC and Internet connection are new and more than capable of handling the game in Ultra 4k. Well, maybe they’ll fix the servers in S3 or S4?
And the same is today, I´m sorry, this is a pile of garbage for 100 euros and we are all idiots doing beta testing for our money. The game is technically unplayable, not to mention lack of content and other problems.

AoZ is impossible to finish because of terrible lag.And it’s not a busy time,just in morning 10 o’clock. Last 5 Aoz failed because of really bad connection.
AND they want ask more money for next expansion. JOKE.
They are working on season 3 with live testing: “Lilith and the bullshit lag of Blizzard”. Dye 1o times on lag and you gat a free lag death. Season title:" Dumbo laggy gamer"
Since weeks lags in and out. since days constant lag to hell. Dying in AOE without any chance din seconds of lag. Blizzard service time seams to play Playstation PingPong…
