Hotkey to highlight loot?

Hi all,

I’m sure in D4 we could hold the alt key to highlight boxes, lootable corpses, and items on the ground etc.
This sort of thing is really helpful for someone like me with less than perfect vision!

I can’t seem to figure out if this exists in D4, if so, can anyone tell me what it is, or how to enable?

Not Alt? In Gameplay options you can change it to be a toggle to permanently show stuff on the ground.

its alt but it shows for 10 seconds by default which you can change in the gameplay settings under Item Label Display
