I raised a ticket about items on a character disappearing and the answer I received from blizzard after 3 days of waiting is “they cant help here, put a post on this forum”
I see this is merely a community and not a formal ticket / support facility
So how do you get proper support on this game ?
You don’t, they already have your money. People been reporting many other issues and no support, eg. Their crappy servers
As far as support goes the forums is the void for people to scream out their frustration and Blizzard to ignore. Only posts on the forums by Blizzard are promotional ones.
