I wanna change only subtitles language, not text or other, how i can do it?
In the Battle.net Diablo IV tab, near the play button, click on the small wheel, then pick the first option (game’s parameters), just below the Diablo IV in the list, you can change both the text (every written things in the game) and dialogues (vocal) to anything available in the list. Validate your choice with the blue button at the button, and wait until the downloading is done, restart the game and enjoy!
If you wish a more “subtle” / “granulated” change, then sorry but it’s not possible.

coz in many games i can change only lang of subtles, for my native, but vocal and all text can be eng 
and its very cool for understanding and learning
so text eng, vocal eng, and subtles my native
