You also have Diablo4.gg and I imagine Maxroll.gg will get their version of the builders and such very soon.
But theorycrafting is a lot of number crunching and a lot of the people who do it, use excel for compiling that information.
Nah its been like this for years, basically anything to do with Blizzard really.
