How does "Bonus DMG against bleeding" work with the Barbert Heart?

I just can’t find any answer to this. When I proc Barber all my bleeding dmg get absorbed and multiplied.

But does this Enemy still count as “Bleeding”? So that my “+X% Dmg to bleeding enemies” and other bleeding affixes still work/apply?
