Hello everyone, good plays. I’ve Xbox Gamepass Ultimate until 27 of December 2025. With the new update patch, I can’t login game because of error of max level reached (25 level). Yesterday after first update I got login and played 3 hours long and never get any issue. When I tried to login and continue to play this morning, I can’t because of this error. I checked my account status just now and noticed my xbox account which is linked to my battlenet account is not looking like active, but when I checked my xbox gamepass account status it’s still active and paid, and it’s ultimate version. I looked for how to disable new dlc from battlenet client and try to login again, but seems there’s no option for that and I can not continue to play. All my friends are continue play without me and I’m such disappointed about that issue. My question is when battlenet will send new patch and fix that problem? I want to continue play with my character
Seems multiple people are having the same issue.
It even shows for me that VoH is in libary, yet the game seems to think it’s not owned, so likely a licence issue - hopefully Blizz will fix soon
i own vessel of hatred and now i keep getting message i need to purchase it again to contiue playing as i have reached lvl25
Same i have DLC from launch and now when Season 7 start i got only trial
Unable to log in … says Vessel of Hatred is expired and i need to buy the expansion.
i purchased the Ultimate edition in June 2024…
Is this the new scam …trying to make people buy the same content twice ?

Same issue. I bought VoH on xbox and after that on PC so i paid twice, now game want to paid third time
I think the problem depends on a connection between battle.net and gamepass account. Is it possible?
Seems t hat’s the case - gamepass status is marked as inacrive this morning and that’s when the issue happened - I had logged a ticket and they confirmed this essentially, now it’s a waiting game

Cant play with a Barbarian thats lvl25 says need to purchase Vessel of hatred Again.Started new Character-Spirit born and have bneen playing lvl 56 now with no error.But with Barb it keep saying puchace expansion!!

same here. its an absolute disgrace, quick enough to take our money for the expansion and now have clearly just given up with the game and the promises made for continual content. total embarrassment to the diablo series in its current state

They are waiting for their offshore contracted developer teams to acknowledge an issue first. I wouldn’t expect anyone at blizz to be able to even open their code repo at this point.
7 Hours since the last Update. That is a Blizzard alltime Classic. No Communications, No updates, nothing. Im not wondering anymore why the playerbase went to POE2.
I think at this moment, no one is working on that “little gamepass issue”.
But hey, the workaround is here: Buy the 40% off Edition to avoid the GamePass issue…
