I can't play because of ping

I enter the game, but the character hangs, Ping becomes 1k. I don’t have a problem with any other game. Below are the tests I did

1th test D3 SERVER - 2th test WOW server - 3th test D4 server

im also getting this pinging even messaged my friend who has 1gb down n 800up hes pinging more than me come on blizzard

I think few people have this problem. Many people are still playing.

Yhis wxectly what i get. I tried tracert server ip and… i cant cause of packet loss. In game i have about 200 ping in wow i have about 150(its ok for me). And nobody can help:((
