the vendors have been moved closer to the waypoints in each major city. Look for the gamble bag symbol on the map to find them…
Alternatively, say which one you are looking for andsomeone can likely direct you to their new place…

Frozen peaks vendor is in the inn, near the bottom and kinda in a window
Kejistan (south west country) is on the boat to the south of the waypoint
Swamp country (yes I know it has a name, but cannot think of it… to the south east) vendor is in the inn where the wardrobe is
Dry steps vendor is in a small building to the east of the jeweler
… hmm… yep no idea where the scosglen vendor is (although I don’t think it was that far from the waypoint before)
