An unexpected error occurs and the game won’t start. I have the latest drivers, I turned off my antivirus and firewall, I reinstalled the game, and nothing helps.

Hello, I have a problem, for some time before starting Diablo 4 on Steam I get the FENRIS error. Reinstalling from pure graphics copyright does not help, nor does access.
I’ve been having the same problem since last night. The game froze with a black screen. After restarting my PC, it stopped launching, so I reinstalled the game, installed Battel..net, updated all my drivers, and disabled my programs. However, the issue persists.
Hi, I haven’t been able to play Diablo 4 for 6 days now. I bought everything I needed to play and played for about 10 days and then the end button on the platform became transparent and I can’t press it very hard. Have the same situation.. In battle net app I choose Diablo 4 push play.. wait 4-5 sec and then windows appear with “an unexpected error”. I have fenris report..
