I didin't get my midwinter lvl 50 boost

Hello. So yesterday i claimed my midwinter rewards on my lvl 5 barbarian and i did not get a lvl 50 boost. So what do i need to do.

You better talk to the npc in Kyovashad. (Just left from the door inside the bar)
