I dismantled the wrong item and would like to recover it

I crafted a ring and was moving it around to replace one of my old crappy ones. At some point I must have dismatled it without meaning to, and I can’t find any way to undo it. I thought I’d be able to undo the last 10 dismantles just like I can undo the last 10 purchases, but it doesn’t seem to be the case.

Is there any way to undo this? Can I contact a GM or someone that can check my account and restore the ring?

Unfortunately not. Once salvaged, it is gone.
