I don’t understand why I should use Aspect of Moonrise. I don’t have a basic skill on my action bars and I don’t see which passive/talent correlates.
Know what I’m missing?

There is a weapon that also maketh the core skills to basics.

You really shouldn’t start out with the mega optimized end game build if you have zero gear. (which it sounds like you have). Rod of Kepeleke makes your core skill basic skills, and you HAVE to have 275+ vigor to play the overpower build with Banished Lord Talismand neck, and you also HAVE to be able to regain 100% of your resource whenever you cast quill volley in combination with a preferably 50% unique effect midnight hunt ring… There’s a resource calculator out there, google it, but in general you need resource generation tempered on 1 of your rings pretty much.
Ok, thank you. Yes I’m struggling with vigor. Running around in circles with a boss chasing after me while waiting for cds! I’ll look into another spec until I get most of the gear.
