I get one shot all the Time

I don´t know. You can see every Stat in the Stats & Material Screen.

I´ve seen a stream. Infernal Horde Level 8 insane Damage always 100% Mana always 100% HP. He is not even using Healing Flask no worry in the World. What is wrong with that Game.

The other Stream 7 trillion Damage with one Single Hit. Is there a uber unique with a 1 trillion Damage Buff?

I have 70k HP the next 0.00001 Sec I have Zero HP. I can´t go higher then Infernal Horde Level 4. I can´t beat the Pit Level 25 because everything is one shot. I have the Damage but every Hit is a one shot.

Diablo 4 has a mathematics problem. (also bugs)

Diablo 4 is a relatively new game. It had a rough start but it’s progressively getting better in many ways. I still see two glaring issues with the game though: If you have played Diablo 4 for enough time to get to the mid game or simply watched a streamer attempt to put together a build, you will know that many builds are the result of some unintended interaction or simply bugs.
