hi, i killed asharva in the beta but its not showing ive got any trophies, does anyone know why?
if you’re talking about the “beta trophy” then you should have a clue why.
we’ve killed 2 world bosses and i haven’t had any trophy from them as of yet.
It’s a trophy for your Horse if you try to customise it it ought to be there.
I see we have found one of the level 10-15’s who rolled up to torment their group.
Requirements were: Be level 20 during the fight, and it was for the server slam only, not the previous betas.
If you have been awarded it it will show at the stablemaster, and if not you never met one or both of the requirements above.

Instead of name calling like an upset child, why have you not posted these screenshots in your initial post, or even in response to my post like anyone who had evidence to support their claim and a hint of sense would.

You’re not allowed to post links here so that’s why. Also maybe don’t make rude assumptions in future if you don’t like name calling? Simple mate. 
When you are presented with zero evidence then all that is left is assumption, what do you mean?
You are clearly trolling, if you cannot see looking at that screenshot why you did not qualify, then you need your eyes tested bud.
Go to challenges and see if you achieved the challenge “early victory” under “feats of strength”.
If you have it, then when you go to the stables you will see it under “trophies”.
If you don’t have that achievement, you did something wrong, like we’re 19 when you started the fight and her xp made you 20, or you turned up as she died, or you didn’t do it during the server slam. Only the beta weekend.
Otherwise, make a ticket.

Requirements were to kill it in the server slam (not the beta) event and to be level 20 when you killed it. If you killed it in the main beta or you weren’t level 20 on the server slam then you didn’t get the achievement.
That was as it went down I took a screenshot, it went down with 3+mins to go, hence the bosses nameplate dropping. Are you an actual full on retard and can’t work that out or what?
I’ve got 2 FoS achieves one for achieving lvl 20 + for logging in during beta/EA, just for some reason it hasn’t registered the wboss kill. I was lvl 20 upon entering wboss area. Ticket has gone in, so hopefully they can sort it.

Blizzard support are going to laugh your ticket into the bin… sending a screenshot of the boss still alive as your evidence, countdown timer still ticking away and all, it’s absolutely hilarious. You must have another with the boss actually dead? surly? Actual supporting evidence for your claim… You would be better sending no picture to be honest, it does more harm than good to your cause.

Were you in a party, and did any of them get the trophy? Are you able to find any of those players whose names are in the event window, if you can get someone who was in the instance to confirm they got the achievement and the times match up that would be your best evidence to take to them, that is if they still have the logs from the Server Slam playtesting for this challenge available for general support to review.
They will need to look at the logs from the Server Slam to see what actually went down, but I would suggest you don’t provide any of those screenshots unless asked, one more is all it would have taken with the cache on the ground for absolute certainty.
Your screenshot doesn’t confirm the date of this. As others have said, you would get it if you killed Ashava during the Server Slam specifically, not the beta.
If you have the data on your screenshot showing the date and time and it falls over the serverslam weekend, raise a ticket to blizz. The forum here cannot help you aside from giving you advice.
They look to be hard capped at level 20, that would suggest Server Slam.
