Same problem here, I have opened a ticket and got the following response.
“From what I can see you have indeed purchased the Spectral Sepulcher back towards the end of September as the screenshot you’ve provided suggests.
As far as I can see you still do have the cosmetic set. The specific items are named as:
responding GM listed the items here
Make sure that you are attempting to use it on a Necromancer class chracter, as this cosmetic set is specific to Necromancers.”
I have then went on to all 3 Necros I had, tried clearing my transfered inventory from last season on the eternal realm, restarted the game yet nothing worked. So I went ahead and gave a screenshot of the wardrobe on each Necro.
Here is the next response:
“We apologize for the inconvenience, and for having to contact us more than once regarding the same issue.
So my name here, as you’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps I recommed resetting the UI from your side as it helps refreshing the account.
If the issue is still the same, I recommend submitting a bug report from your side, Why send an in-game bug report? Because as Game Masters, we don’t have access to that pipeline. Our role is to support, investigate, and guide you, but we’re not able to file bug reports from our end. The devs need the report to come from your end so they can trace it back to your specific gameplay environment and gather the technical data they need.”
Now I had resetted all the tabs from Options to default, went to restart the game and nothing changed. Tried all Necros with eahc way, nothing changed.
I have searched for how to open an “in-game bug report”. Apperantly that is not an option because that feature is removed from the game!
So here I am, with all others of the same issue. Maybe a couple of steps ahead yet nothing is different to the situation where we have purchased cosmetics using real life money yet they are gone for good.
Any help blues?
