Only good thing about season 3 is that we get to wait to see what season 4 brings with it.
I continue to play like an hour or two tops and get bored already… Still trying to play every day a little, would not like to have my 70€ go to waste completely. I can’t afford that.

That’s called: ‘Sunken cost fallacy’.
If you’re not enjoying yourself, you’re wasting your time which is precious.

I suppose so, but then again if I dont play the money is completely wasted and I do enjoy the diablo games. This just has very little intresting things to do and just got to grind same things constantly with miniscule improvements to anything. My gameplay usually stops around 75-85 levels where your leveling slows down and getting new items to improve yourself is just absolutely non existing.

Idk if this is interesting anymore, for me. I think they’re making a game that was already made and I think they do that all the time. They don’t really see the problems with the genre. No one does. They don’t care about that either, presumably, only about profit, so they use the already tried recipies and maybe add a little something every iteration but they’re not innovating or trying daring things.
The auction house in d3 was daring but it was only to be capitalised on, that was why it was cleared not because they thought it would make good gameplay.
Now this mmo thing which isn’t explored, only put there as a way to give an illusion of a populated world. Like in Dark Souls. That game did innovate and dealt with problems but lately, the genre it spawned, is same same and lackluster to me.

I love the new dynamic in the dungeons!
Please make them permanent.

Items could be made better. Now you have to google for example if damage towards stunned gives damage towards frozen. Maybe add a indicator on how much damage the item adds to the equipped skills? That would be cool

Play StarCraft on Diablo IV? No thank season without interest, mixes of a lot of things and if {Ethernal} doesn’t improve in the coming months, goodbye Diablo IV, long live Diablo III.

I’m thinking they’re doing the seasons to get with eternal.
Got a friend who refuse to play seasons and therefore refuse to play d4. I was also not seasons but i’ve changed my mind about it because nowadays i feel I’m not going anywhere. A fresh start makes it more interesting. At least for now. Perhaps it’s because I’m playing a beta.

You don’t need to force yourself to play
I payed 100 euros for the game money came back to me in less then 1 day of work
and i already spend more then 100 hours in the game
Yes this game is garbage right now but it’s not like you are going to waste your money if you buy
I literally skipped whole 1 season and i don’t regret one single EURO

Yea, right; it’s a fair game. Is it a thousand hours good? Nah, there’s nothing to do for that length of time. But it’s a sure bet for a hundred hours. Which is something to be happy about.

yall just need to learn to move on and stop attaching your self to games. i play a game and when i get bored of it i quit. screw anything else if i dont like it i play something better. i quit diablo when season 1 dropped because i hate the season model i hate the cash shop which is the main priority and focus for the game as well as the battle pass which you have 3 ways to access in game while you cant use your horse properly or cant open the menu on certain characters. just delete the game and find a game thats a single player experience that isnt a live service or has a battle pass in it. you will be happier at least for a little bit. try the game high on life its the same people that make rick and morty or if you want something harder play lies of P its a souls like game. if you cant break your self from your socialization or i must do same thing 100 times addiction then play helldivers 2. you get online group interaction and a overall community goal.

When you want to find another FPS or RTS then you have a lot of choice. Problem is, that there are not many hack n’ slash games on the market. I tried PoE 4-5 times and it’s just not for me, it’s just too much unfriendly for new players. I’ve spent hours on reading and watching guides and still have no idea what is going on when i play PoE. That’s why i waited for D4 with high hopes. And it’s been years of waiting. It turned out that D4 lacks depth (and passion from devs) so much, that it looks like a mobile game that has only one goal - to bring as much suckers as possible and to drain their money as much as possible. If you listen to campfire chat you can hear about “battle pass” for 10-11 times in every part of the stream. I feel disgusted.

Fortunately Last Epoch just released so i don’t care anymore. I’ll just check news about changes in D4 but i don’t feel need to check it immediately, unless it’s something really big.

All i want to say is that i feel like Last Epoch made me travel in time. The time when games were bugged, unpolished, ugly but at the same time they were so good that we wanted to play them anyway. Because of devs who care, devs who are creative, devs who are not forced to release game in a hurry , because of innovative mechanics, quality of life solutions. Right now i look at D4 and i see a blonde with big boobs, long legs and no brain. I see a Mustang with electric engine. I see something very superficial, shallow and empty in it.

But like i said, i don’t care anymore, at least until i still enjoy Last Epoch.

could also try different genres of games. you will still eventually end up like me though. all games become been there done that before. you eventually just play them to fill time instead for enjoyment.

I mean sure, for a working person it is fine. It took me months to save up money to get this game, so its a little different for me. I cant work due to medical reasons and my income is very little, I barely can eat once a day and often times it goes once every two days just to get through the month.
To me, spending this 70€ to the game and not getting much out of it feels terrible.

So far I have played every single season. Third season now was the only season when I was only about lvl 50, did just not have any kind of interest in playing because the season was so boring and bad compared to second. I hope the season 4 is more interesting but most likely as I am playing always alone, not going to stick around for more than to lvl 75-85 as usual.
