I want character I played before this Glitch or i don't know what you do

I play Diablo 4 on my XBOX occasionally—once every week or two. Today, I logged in and completed an easy quest. I don’t remember exactly which one, but I was almost at the beginning of the game. My character was level 15. When I completed the quest and came to collect my reward, my character was now level 50, and instead of my usual gear, he was wearing rare and completely different items. Its not my character , his name same as mine but he fully skilled and wear in top powerful items , wtf is going on ?

I’m not an RPG expert, but I think it’s silly to skip 35 levels and change characters’ outfits without the player’s knowledge. I want to play and enjoy every level and every item.

Give me back the character I played! Please!

this is an issue important enough that you need to contact blizzard support directly. Blizzard do not look or respond very often to the forums and certainly not individual posts so go directly to support and say exactly the same. eventually you will get answers. It sounds very much like you have been hacked. Hope this helps
