Imperfectly balanced bug

I can’t find a better place to post this (there should be a bug-report sub forum!)

The Necromancer skill “Imperfectly Balanced” seems to be buggeed (at least for me) and isn’t displaying/ applying damage bonus’s on any of the tooltips, or in the character stats page.

I encountered the same bug, it will increase the essence cost but not increase the damage

Thanks! I’m glad it’s not just me. Really frustrating bug and a pretty giant oversight.
