Impetus seems bugged right now. It doesnt account for distance traveled with Dash or Shadow Step. If you move only with Dash or Shadow Step then the Impetus Passive doesn’t activate at all.
What Rogue build doesn’t use either Dash or Shadow Step? That’s the main way of moving around the map.
Fix please.
