What is wrong with diablo 4 install? I had to setup a new PC and diablo 4 has been installing at 700 KB/s and has been at it for 24 hours. Its currently only at 29 percent. and its “not” my internet, tested it 54MB/s and tested by installing games through steam… few GB in mins… it just seems to be battlenet. If anyone from support is listening, fixing something a.s.a.p. would be very much appreciated. 
I think i had the same problem and i fixed it when i change the network bandwidth
I check Limit download and latest updates
and put there like 111111111111111 number so it’s basically infinite
