There are no changes to character models in the season 4 update.
Personally i dont see druids as obese, i seem them as strong. Real strong people dont look like bodybuilders or gym bros, they look like this. Go look up any strongman event on youtube they all look like that.
The real problem with druid models is that the gear visuals dont compliment the body shape, it makes them look bloated rather than bulky.

its sadly one of the reason i dont play the class, the obese look, i just cant stand it outside wolf form XD

A good solution to this is allow the character models to run while in Bear/ Wolf form at the same speed as the horses. It means that you may be in your form constantly but you wont have to deal with the looks unless you go with a different build.
A better solution would be to add multiple body shapes for all classes, or sliders in the character creator. As stated earlier, i personally dont have a problem with the druid models, but i do think that the character creator in general is pretty basic, and has a lot of room for improvement. Diablo Immortal had a better character creator than Diablo 4 does, that’s just criminal.

I like the fat guy approach. Looks good. People who don’t get it should just play barbarian then, or whatever. Cool all characters look different. Too bad u can’t deal with being big but has to be a special flower. Good luck next game. And hey, good luck life.
