changed my key bind for hold to shift and my amulet, main hand and off hand weapons got messed up, please sort it out, thank you

This is unbelievable what just happened to me. I have had 2 uber uniques disappear from my equipped items…
I was spamming Lord Zir, my inventory became full. I ported out to town and marked my unwanted items and sold to vendor. All was fine. I then ported back to Zir and realised that two of my skills had been unequipped from my skill bar. I thought this is odd opened up my inventory and to my horror my Harlequin Crest and Doombringer had vanished. My skills had disappeared because it was only the 4 points assigned by the Harlequin Crest that was keeping them active. I ported back to town they were not anywhere to be found, not in stash, on floor or with vendor.
This has literally ruined my build and my whole diablo 4 experience, esspecially with the Abbortoire of Zir on the horizon. I need this resolved quickly or honestly I will be deleting the game as feel there is no point in carrying on after the hours and hours ive spent grinding for these item for them to just vanish and what if it happens again.
I am i dedicated player of all Diablo games 3, 4 and immortal and have spent a lot of money on them. Ive never experienced a bug like this of this magnitude. This needs to be resolved quickly because i cant bring myself to continue playing after this loss.
