Killed Uber lilith no loot due lag

Hello ,

So i just killed uber lilith minutes ago but since there was some server lag i’ve died after the fight , the fight still counted as completed since i got the title achievement and the trophy , Tought the unlooted items will go into stash, so i’ve checked the stash and didnt got nor the mount or the items.

So who should i contact so i can get the mount?

That video shows a player dying and nothing else, that is not proof of what happened, there is no proof of the account or anything so how are they just supposed to give you your mount when there is 0 proof this actually happened to you.

And actually you did not defeat her otherwise she would have been dead, the server lag today has been ridiculous, i have killed packs of elites just for everything to freeze and they all be alive again and kill me, so on your end you killed her but server side you did not which is why you did not get any rewards.

I just got the achievement for the kill as you can check later in the video and she was dead.

happened to me too, i really dont know why shes able to cast 1shot abilities while shes already dead and doing her death animation. didn’t get to loot my horse skin but got the title too. took my hand off the game to celebrate just to get one shot and not get a chance to loot

Happened to me yesterday.

After hundreds of fights, managed to kill her, died to an after-death claw-attack i didn’t see because i was celebrating.

No horse.

he killed lilith, when he fell he phased out the red stripes and i died, i got the title but not the mount

In my case, I killed Lilith, the screen is getting dark and then I teleported in the middle of the arena and she respawned.

I got the trophy and achievement, but not the loots
After spending a week trying, 19274826 tries, I don’t want to fight her again for a horse :upside_down_face:

For a frustrating boss with a one shot mechanism like her, there’s still a lot of bugs to be fixed.
